A Night In With the Kind Curations Team

Our favourite night out is a night in! Maybe we are just getting old but you really can't beat a fancy dinner party at home. Dress up in your finest, set a table with all the trimmings, serve up drinks in some fun glassware, and eat some amazing home cooked food that would be way more affordable than any restaurant.

We hosted an intimate dinner party for our team at The Villas by Bilinga Beach Abodes. An incredibly renovated local holiday rental and shoot location. Thanks Sarah for creating a space that felt just like home.
 
On the menu was a cheese spread thanks to Quince Fromagerie & Cellar, a labneh dip with sizzled scallions and chilli (thanks to Alison Roman for this delicious recipe), slow cooked Mediterranean lamb, a Greek inspired potato salad, a classic Greek salad, soft fluffy flatbreads and a Victorian sponge cake.
